Fun Twist on Fajitas

Fajitas are one of my old standby's, but this last time, I added kidney beans, and used shedded meat that I had leftover from a roast. I was really pleased with the results. It was a yummy twist on an already yummy meal. :)

Lydia. You are amazing. These meals look so good! You are the next Rachel Ray. And I'm going to try the cantelope thing, because we get so much blasted cantelope from good old helping hands. Any ideas of what to do with:
Whipping cream (10 cartons)
Heavy Whipping cream (20 cartons)
Half & Half (2 cartons)
Milk (7 gallons)
Pillsbury assorted rolls in the scary packages that pop (about 10)
