My mother-in-law made this amazing pork the other day. It was so tender and yummy. She actually served it on hamburger buns with ranch and salsa. It was really tasty! She originally got the recipe from her niece.
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. salt
*mix and rub on 4 lb. pork roast (thawed).
1 can coke
1 cup chicken broth
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, chopped
*place roast in sauce in crockpot and cook all day. Shred pork. (Optional: add 2-3 cup brown sugar.) Cook for another 2-4 hours.
Use in flour tortillas, taco shells, or sandwiches.
