Butterscotch Chip Bars

IMG_2803
This is such a fast and easy dessert- great one to make when you are in a hurry. And who, I would like to know, doesn’t love butterscotch chips. They never last long at my house, which is the only reason I wouldn’t make these. :)
Butterscotch Chip Bars (From 101 Things To Do With A Cake Mix)
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil. Stir in butterscotch chips until stiff. Press dough into a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Bake 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees.

I haven't made this recipe yet but the first thing i noticed is there is no temperature setting on the recipe. I am guessing the temp should be 350. Let you know how it turns out and how long it takes to cook

I have not made this recipe yet. But, the first thing i noticed is there is no oven temperature just a cook time. I am setting the oven to 350. We will see what happens and if it took more time at that temp
