Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

This makes a fantastic side dish! You get a lot of flavor and little or no fuss! My mother in law said she also really likes to toss them in the actual roasted potato seasoning (she found it at Winco) and she said the flavor is a little more smokey and good, but it is a little harder to find the seasoning. Either way- this side dish is a winner!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes (Momma Stew)
2-3 lbs. small red potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 packet of onion soup mix

Quarter the red potatoes and toss with olive oil and then soup mix until well coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350-400 until tender- about 30 minutes.
