Had to make some good dressing to go with that yummy salad bar. I really liked this recipe. I thought it had a good flavor- tasted a lot like ranch.
Betty Crocker's Buttermilk Dressing
3/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp instant minced onion
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of freshly ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend flavors. Store covered in refrigerator.

So I just want you to know that a year and a half after you posted this, I am making it--along with the Salad Bar. Jacob and I are so excited--we were searching together for something to do with all our fresh spinach and lack of meat. THANK YOU AGAIN! Your blog continues to be amazing!
